Introduction

In the social work sector, I realize that the workability of an individual in society can be influenced by factors such as age, health, economic, social, and political reasons. Moreover, the functional correlates of the cognitive changes and structural prevalence affect the age associates' illness (Teater, 2017). However, changes in mental, together with normal aging, are declining in performance based on the cognitive tasks that require a person to quickly transform and process information to implement a decision that constitutes the speed processing measures, working memory, and executive cognitive functions.

Furthermore, a practice of social work that I believe to be the most difficult for me to perform is Aging social work. In my opinion, a healthy lifestyle decreases the rate of cognitive decline that is seen in aging and assists in delaying the mental symptoms in the set-up of associated age disease. In essence, social aging changes in individual roles and the relationships which are covering their network of friends and relatives (Teater, 2017). Equally, aging is covered in informal organizations such as houses of worship and the workplace.

From my view, the student's attitude can influence an individual's ability to perform aging social work in society. For example, almost all social workpeople engaged in the fieldwork with the older adults had experienced the increased feeling that assists them in making a comparison of companion and a greater appreciation for involving in diversity after they completed the fieldwork course. I believe that to have full participation in the social work practice, and the individuals must have interests in aging-related social work that is geriatric self- rated skill level and strongly point out the need for intellectual development in the aging social work practice.

Ideally, from my viewpoint, an individual's attitude can influence the ability to indulge in aging social work practice. For instance, the need to direct exposing the younger generation to work with the older adults in the society as they do social work practice is alarming in exposing students to run experiences with their elders, which is termed as a project that is intergenerational service-learning and internships. In my opinion, the qualitative and quantitative attitude towards performing duty with the older people scale does not showcase that clients who participated in the service-learning intergenerational development project are more positive towards working with the older lot after their learning services experience in the aging social work in the community.

I believe that emotion plays an essential role in human's life from our infancy until death. Besides, feeling helps in preparing the body's actions by highlighting the guide decisions, stories, and giving out the notices for remembering the technical fieldwork activity strategies. For example, emotion is the central factor that enhances the body functioning of individuals by ensuring that a person understands better how aging affects experiences, memory, regulation, and perception when handling the aging social work in the society. Human emotion influences the ability to perform geriatric social work (Teater, 2017). The old age is that chapter in life where an individual feels senior emotional landscape and emotional sameness' as barren and bleached (LL, 2018). In essence, the deep feeling that exists in human determines the cognitive functions and helps in enhancing the positive approach towards particular social work practice that takes place in society.

Concisely, stereotype affects one's ability to perform the aging social work practice. Stereotype refers to those features that are imposed on a specific group of individuals by looking at their sexual orientation, nationality, and race (Hugher, 2015). For example, older adults cognitive performance and memory are negatively being hinders by the situation that reminds and signaled them of negative stereotypes. In my perception, the negative stereotype affects both men and women in society. Notably, older people suffer most when threat is caused by stereotypes rather than concrete facts. According to Hugher (2015), meta-analysis showcases that a little hint in more senior individual performance can be prejudice. Thus, this made age criteria affect more senior people's understanding. Again, the older adults abstain when they perform physical tasks, economic, clinical implications, memory, and cognitive functions that increase the workforce and aging population in the community.

The individual value such as respect, acceptance, and recognition affects the level of someone's ability to perform well in the aging social work practice (Rachel, 2016). For instance, older adults encounter a transition that affects almost all of their lives corners. Precisely, losing close friends and relatives intense feelings of loneliness by numbing without sensitive interventions and skills (LL, 2018). Consequently, changing the structure of the homestead means that older adults are being ignored, and they are being given limited support.

Action plan

Firstly, when pursuing work with the older client, I need to learn more about the qualitative and quantitative strategies' towards performing duty with the older people. Also, I will improve in value such as respect, acceptance, and recognition that will positively help me to perform well in the aging social work practice. Lastly, I will improve my diet, which increases the rate of cognitive development. Thus, this enhances my ability to do aging social work strongly.
