This report is about my internship in a clothing and apparel fashion company, South Coast Fashion Limited located in Toronto, Canada. The fashion company is one of the largest manufacturers of clothes and apparel.

The interviewee was my dad, Joe Klug, who works at Lake Shore Company as a manufacturer's representative. He has worked for the company for more than 35 years. My major goal in undertaking the interview was to understand this career.

I was born in 1961 in Mississippi in a family of ten children. Out of the ten children, I was the fourth born. Growing up during this period was full of challenges bearing in mind that we were living below the poverty line.
