Business intelligence has also improved the efficiency of business operations because it allows businesses to compare their data with the best forming companies. Business intelligence also will enable businesses to realize increased revenue after thoroughly analyzing the taste and preferences of their clients. The revenue generation improves as a result of companies being able to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of their competitors so that they can overtake them. There are many reasons why companies using business intelligence and modern artificial intelligence have managed to increase the output in the market (Kaur, and Rajput, 2017). Business intelligence improves the security of companies that are operating on the Internet. The use of technology is also important in the supervision of the progress of their employees, making it easier for them to stay accountable. Accountability is important in the success of every business because the employees are aware of the repercussions of failing to meet the deadlines. Supervision over wireless technology is key to the long-term success of the organization.

In a business world, files and information are crucial for the operation and management of everyday strategies. All the data are saved in the database for future reference and for everyday use. The database management system has proven to be crucial in modern business management as it is much easier to maintain and to adjust as compared to the old manual process of data management. The business performs transactions that have to be updated with the new information with the database to be used for future references. The database makes it easier for file retrieval through automating complicated procedures by the use of well-defined queries. An organization also needs organized databases to allow investors and stakeholders to trace the operations of the company easily. It is, therefore, important for a business to make the database a top priority is to automate some of the most important procedures that provide quality files for future references.
