Ancient Egyptians viewed the River Nile as a gift of life because it provided a favorable environment that allowed people to settle. Also, the banks of the River Nile provided fertile soil that was used for farming in the region. Also, the water harvested from River Nile is used for irrigation purposes in the area. Also, River Nile was used as a source of transportation by Ancient Egyptian traders. Ancient Egypt's geography had some unique features such as the Desert, the Delta, and Fertile land. The desert had massive land dunes, mountains, and cliffs. Also, it was viewed as a dangerous place and was used as a natural barrier between ancient Egypt and invading foreign armies.

The Delta was located near the Mediterranean Sea, and it was divided by River Nile into small branches, thus creating a marshy land known as the Delta. The fertile land was a narrow piece of land that was used for farming (Wilkinson 352). The land was fruitful because of the silt deposits from the receding floodwaters in the region.

The rational focus of sustaining life in Egypt was to help in the civilization process. Ancient Egyptian culture was affected by geography in different ways. For instance, ancient Egyptians took advantage of the River Nile’s floods, and they did not have to worry about invading enemy troops. Rive Nile helped them in enhancing their farming methods in the region.

Geography helped ancient Egyptians in coming up with different ways of creating civilizations in the area. For instance, they started forming governments, religion, philosophy, and art. These factors helped in transforming the livelihood of ancient Egyptians.

How did the pyramids show the strength and power of Egyptian pharaohs?

The pyramids were designed and built when Egypt was termed as one of the richest and civilized nations across the globe. Ancient Egyptians used pyramids to demonstrate the power and strength of the Egyptian pharaohs. For instance, their unique design represented the role of influential people in society, such as the Pharaohs.

Also, some of the pyramids symbolized the architectural designs of the ancient Egyptians, such as the Giza pyramids, which was viewed as one of the most spectacular human-made structures in history (Duiker and Spielvogel 560). Ancient Egyptians believed in the afterlife, and the pyramids were used as tombs for Egyptians Pharaohs. For instance, the influential people in the community were buried with their belongings, such as gold in Egypt.

The pyramids represented the culture of the ancient Egyptians as a way of giving them a sense of pride and power in their traditions and beliefs. The tombs were designed in a unique way that represented the afterlife. Egyptians ensured that traditions were instilled in the community as a rite of passage.

The structural designs of the pyramids symbolized the role of a king, or the pharaohs in ancient Egyptian society. Egyptians believed that the pharaohs were chosen by God and acted as mediators on Earth. The economic stability of Egypt during the ancient Kingdom allowed people to enjoy tremendous economic prosperity in the region.
