In an organization such as a financial firm, it is always essential to determine employees' behaviors and attitudes; for instance, their job involvement, organizational commitment, and their level of satisfaction in their jobs. This also determines the relationship between the managerial team with the employees. When employees understand how an organization operates, they will be motivated and perform their best to the organization's interests. This will create a strong bond and lasting relationship between them and the organization. An organization should have a good culture that will promote and develop good morals among the employees.

For instance, they make come up with plans on how to confront social isolation within the community. They come up with social programs that assist in solving the problem. They can develop educational programs to teach people about the dangers of vices, such as social isolation, family violence, and homelessness. Social planning is one of the best models that the community should empress to achieve its goals.

Social service group works with social workers in dealing with various issues affecting society. Social isolation is one of the problems affecting the community. Community organizers work hand in hand with social workers to combat the problem since they have the skills to deal with it. They help vulnerable people in society to deal with loneliness and social isolation. Community organizers and social workers develop educational programs to overcome the issue and bring about the necessary change. They also provide both financial and material support, mental health services, socialization, housing, and even food to the hungry.
