Learning services affect various organizations in our world currently. This measure has led to a massive decline in the operational functions of the organization. Most organizations have failed in attaining their goals and aspirations due to the lack of an active learning structural system. A program evaluation logic model plays an active role in enhancing a suitable leadership team's work motion in the organization. A logic model is a tool that will present and share a deep understanding of the resources that are available in the operation of a given project in the organization. As a workplace educator, there are specific measures that I will undertake to enhance effective and structural services in the organization. The program evaluation logic model will analyze appropriate steps such as resource inputs, activities, outputs, outcomes, and the impact of the logic model design.
Organizational Mission Statement
The mission of the leadership team of my organization will include the following factors.
- It is building an effective learning program that suits the organization's services.
- We are creating a motivational learning environment for all the members of the organization.
- He was leading the team's operational structure in the organization.
- Developing learning programs change the organizational structure
- Building a strong talent and performance management structure in the organization.
Program Evaluation Proposal
Workplace educator, my program will analyze the resources, activities, outputs, short and long-term, and impact of the proposals of the logical learning model. My team will ensure that I will create an effective plan that will provide a useful structure that will create a secure and effective potential platform in enhancing an effective learning structure. The program evaluation team will contain a board of directors, staff members, volunteers, managers, workers, and scholars. The activities that will be done in the organization include the complete search for an executive director, conducting a staff search, designing an implementation plan, conducting a meeting with the staff members, designing and implementing of recruitment, securing clinic facility, creating of the evaluation plan, and creating a PR campaign (Mertens & Wilson, 2018). The output services in an organization include leadership qualities, character development, empowerment, and proper working ethics. Short and long-term outcomes that will be discussed in the program proposals include, the creation of a memorandum of agreement, changing the attitude of the staff members on learning activities, the creation in the number of physician referrals, and a decrease in the name of emergencies and reduction in the number of contingencies. The program proposal also will create a given impact on the educational structure in the organization system.
Overview
The program evaluation logic model is mandated in the creation of an educational structure that will suit all the members of the public effectively. The program will analyze the resources, activities, outputs, short and long-term, and impact of the proposals of the logical learning model. My team will ensure that I will create an effective plan that will provide a useful structure that will create a reliable and effective potential platform in enhancing an effective learning structure. The program evaluation team will contain a board of directors, staff members, volunteers, managers, workers, and scholars. Proposed Program Logic Model
The most suitable program logic model that will be used in my planning structure in the organization includes the following, problem statement, community needs, desired results, influential factors, strategies, and assumptions (Mertens & Wilson, 2018). The problem statement that this program will enhance will be based on the leadership behaviors in the organization's system structure. The problem will enhance an effective problem management plan in the organization in that all the employees and staff managers. Community needs are the second stage that will be considered in my program structure. The obligations and the assets used in the community structure will be analyzed and addressed adequately in the organization's development structure.
The desired results will help in transforming the output, outcome, and impacts of the organizational system. The leadership team in my program, the team will identify the desired results and vision of the workplace operational system. In the desired effect, we will analyze an effective system that will enhance a short and long-term functional system in the organization. The influential factors such as protective risk factors, and policy environment will be used in analyzing the influence of learning in the workplace system in the organization (Posavac, 2015). The prominent factors will be used in analyzing specific measures that are used in explaining to the staff members of the company in particular ways of interpreting the operation of the program planning. There are essential strategies that also will be used in analyzing the effective services of the organizational systems.
Assumptions
The program logic model will enhance effective employee performance and issues in the organization. The first step that my leadership team will enhance is an employee performance guideline system. The employee performance will be analyzed, and a proper survey will be done in indicating some of the ways of improving the employee's performance in the organization. After identification of the employee's performance measures, my organizational team will ensure that they introduced measures that will help in enhancing employee performance motivation systems. Some of the employee problems also will be analyzed, and a proper examination of the infection will be done to find out an adequate challenge that affects the organization's operational structure in one dimension to another.
Inputs
The four data that will be effectively used in the analysis of this program will include the following. Existence of organizational operations, interpersonal networks, and facility management (Posavac, 2015). As a workplace educator, my leadership team will ensure that they have addressed the following measures to enhance a competitive program that will transform organizational operations. One of our primary tasks in the organization is to change the operational services of our company in meeting the needs and desires of the customers in the organization.
All the operations will be analyzed and presented effectively structure for an effective organizational system structure. The interpersonal networking system is a critical measure in enhancing a steady and effective operational system in the company's functional structure. All the employees will be able to plan their services effectively with the help of proper planning and interpersonal networking systems. Facility management networking plays a critical role in enhancing an effective method in the operational system.
Activities
Several tasks will be incorporated into the program. The activities that will be used in the organization are a process-based technique system. Some of the activities that will be applied in this program include techniques, events, technology, and processes (Sanzo, 2017). The following activities will be used in teaching the employees some of the ways of improving their learning programs to have a unique outlook in the organization. As a workplace educator, I will ensure that different techniques are used in analyzing the effectiveness of the organizational, and operational structure.
Various events will be explained to enhance an effective organizational system's structural system. According to the survey that was done, most of the members of the staff do not have proper awareness of the right learning activity to follow. However, our leadership team will introduce a modern technology structure that will ensure that an effective development plan is presented in the organizational system of the organization. The other activity will be the process that will be used in the management of the operational services in the organization. All the tasks will be categorized into different methods of activities in the organization.
Outputs
The output structure describes the direct results which were used in the program activity system. The output that is used in the project is always described based on the size and scope of a given service. The program output will ensure whether a particular project was delivered to a specific client in the organizational structure. In this program, for instance, the output will be analyzed effectively and presented in a logical and presentable manner. The output services include the following, facilitation of goods, services, skills, and leadership ethics. (Mertens & Wilson, 2018).
According to the survey that was done indicated the facilitation of products controls a massive role in the structure of the organizational system in the firm operational system. Our leadership team will ensure that services are delivered effectively to all the employees who are staying in the organization freely without fear or favor. On of the recommended services that they should provide include enhancing the customer satisfaction plan system. All the workers and staff members should be in a position where they offer efficient and quality skills and services to their customers in the society. However, the survey that was done by more than 80% in the company, it indicated that most of the employees had not developed practical skills and leadership projection.
Impact
In most of the organizations in the current society currently are undergoing a positive impact. However, the learning program has a significant effect on the community, organization, government, and customers (Mertens & Wilson, 2018). The community will be in a position to develop active learning and understanding techniques. The following methods will enhance societal growth and development systems. The organization will expand its services from one perspective to another in the market structure. Most of the employees and staff members will be able to learn individual new styles in how to create an effective development system in the organization structure.
The government also will be able to learn specific tips from the proposed learning skills development in the organization. Customers will be in a position to understand an effective plan to enhance how they can consume their products in the market from one perspective to the other. Our team will ensure that a proper learning program is created to enhance an effective measure in improving a proper organizational operation.
Use of Evaluation Results
The evaluation results can be used in various ways in the organization from one perspective to another. One of the techniques that will be used is by carefully planning the evaluation so that it can meet the needs and the decision organization. The evaluation results were used in improving organizational management, decision-making, planning improvement, and assisting in the policymaking process (Mertens & Wilson, 2018). The evaluation will consider the audiences based on the evaluation findings and the development of the strategy to reach the audiences.
