This is because I did not expect such a small meal to be served after a long waiting.

Two things that have changed since COVID-19 are the suspension of the e-club coupons and the social distancing eat out with spaced guests and tables. The recommendations that I would make are; Pappadeux Seafood Kitchen should consider including breakfast in their meals, and it should consider creating more room after Covid-19 in order to avoid the full packing of people which used to be experienced before the pandemic, especially during dinner times.
