PMI-ACP is an acronym for Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner. Thus PMI-ACP is a certification given by the Project Management Institute to people who have undergone training on how to handle Agile projects. People who undergo agile project management training are competent in examining Agile project tools and fundamentals. People who attain the ACP Certification have a high level of professional integrity when managing projects (Rasnacis and Berzisa, 2015). ACP Certification is universally recognized, and holders of the PMI-ACP have diverse skills that enable them to undertake projects efficiently.

Scrum Alliance (CSM, CPO)

Scrum Alliance is a framework for Agile software development. Scrum is a borrowed term from Rugby, where it refers to the formation of players and emphasis on teamwork. CSM is an acronym for Certified Scrum Master. Certified Scrum Master Certification enables a project manager in software development and in other complex projects to perform at high levels at minimal external and internal distractions (Azanha, Argoud, Camargo, and Antoniolli, 2017). CPO is an acronym for Certified Project Officer, which is a Certification for qualified project officers who become the team members and contributors to a project.

Scrum.org is the main certification body for Scram certifications. The body is in charge of the development of the Scram guidelines, and developing people and teams to handle Agile projects. SAFe

SAFe is an acronym for Scaled Agile Framework. SAFe certification is one of the global leading Agile organization frameworks.
