The school name is significant since it reflects the Romanticism era. The name originates from Jean Jacques Rousseau who is renowned as the father of romanticism. The name will enhance the notion of individuality, imagination, and inspiration.

By being limitless, an individual opens their minds to different worldviews and possibilities, which breaks the monopoly of singular things as discouraged by the school motto. It connects with romanticism since it facilitates an individual's use of reasoning and imagination to think and act beyond typical human imitations.

Reason
I chose the motto because it encourages learners to think out of the box by engaging their imagination. Just as Ralph Emerson stated, consistency may limit a person's perspective as they try to match their past ideas. The situation limits creativity and exploration. The motto relates to romanticism because it encourages imagination, especially in art, which enables people to avoid being limited to a single perspective.
School Staff
The school will be headed by a principal who will oversee all the activities in the institution. About 40 teachers and 10 non-teaching staff will be working at the school. Notably, the teachers will comprise of qualified teachers, philosophers, and writers whose ideology aligns with the school motto and mission. The teachers will be qualified to teach the school since they will have attained the necessary educational training and intense experience in authorship in diverse fields.
The teaching staff enhances the notion of romanticism given that they are the most creative writers who are guided by their imagination and individuality; thus, they will facilitate the achievement of the school's ideological goals.
Campus Description
The campus will comprise learning, sporting, and socialization facilities, which will be designed with a touch of nature. The facility will observe a completely indoor biophilic architectural design. In this case, each block will have its unique social amenities decorated with live plants. Learners will also have ample access to outdoor spaces such as car parks and a nature park. The facility will also have designated exercising, eating, and creative spaces in each block. The school will be located on the outskirts of an urban area. Students will get to the school either using trains, taxis, school buses, or personal means. The design connects with romanticism since it has inbuilt creative spaces and nature walks that would enhance an individual's imagination necessary to develop art. Additionally, by observing biophilic design learners can be inspired to make the world a better place through environmental conversation.
Learning
The school is going to help students to be productive and contributing members of society by equipping them with necessary life skills that will aid them in resolving or maneuvering various issues in their environments. Students will learn skills such as creative thinking, self-awareness, problem-solving, and individuality. The requirements for learning include motivation, interest, relevance, engagement, and reinforcement. The classes will be meeting once weekly during extracurricular activities such as sports and dance. Each class will have a maximum of 15 students. Notably, each classroom will have a teacher who will be responsible for its management and knowledge dissemination.
Students must take the Introduction Creative and Critical Thinking unit, Communication Skills, and Philosophy 101 units and attain a pass mark of 50% to graduate. The units are significant because they form the baseline of a learner's cognitive development, which enhances reasoning. The learning connects with the romantic school of thought since learners will be equipped with ideologies such as imagination and idealism moving them closer to the school of thought.
Connection to Romanticism
The school is connected to romanticism because it bases its systems on intuition, imagination, idealism, and inspiration. With the presence of creative lounges and the CCT course, learners will learn to utilize imagination to enhance creativity in art. Additionally, the biophilic design will facilitate idealism and inspiration to create. Notably, enhancing creativity and logical reasoning will eliminate constraints that bind an individual to one perspective.
