In this context, the ethical and moral questions have remained to be vital concerning international politics. Right to intervene to affairs of another state comes under certain circumstances through the rule against external interference exist. This type of development appears to be the most critical impacts based on the effort of the cold war in building the new world order. In this context, the intervention helps the prevention of mistreating, killing, raping and beating their citizens. Therefore this gives the real reason for intervening into the affairs of another state.
The ethnic cleansing engagement by the neighbors is critical to a state since there are prying eyes of people from all over the world. Since human beings are born with equal rights, it is essential to intervene where human rights are not executed in the right way. For instance, the power of speaking into a state is crucial as far as a human right is concerned, and this is believed to have shifted since during the post-cold war era based on the security matters are not considered to be paramount anymore. Most governments have mostly become less inclined concerning ignoring human rights violations just for the sake of it. The governments have become more interested in anything that causes the human right violation, and they always overlook the issue despite the affairs of the state. Justice has resulted in. The human rights are known to be universal, and therefore they considerably require to be protected. The governments are known to have foreign domestic obligations which are very significant to every country to ensure that justice prevails to all. The human rights are significantly protected through a regime that is well elaborated through the involvement of the array documents of international human rights. This is supported by the UN bodies which are characterized of having a wide range of human rights based on the states and also the NGOs through the commitments of advanced human rights. Despite how some states are well organized they are sometimes known as the greatest violators of human rights creating a reflection of inherent tension that exists between the rights of the states and the human rights as well.
There are a lot of debates that have come up based on international affairs concerning human development. The equality of human rights applies to everyone whereby they are entitled to enjoying the same moral status. The result is tension which comes in line with the application of justice through accessing human rights. The pressure rose since the year 1990s. The intervention to the affairs of the states calls for an effective humanitarian response that is entirely genuine.
Several cultures have recently worked towards developing dignity and worth of human beings through religious and cultural beliefs whereby they view human beings as extraordinary creatures of God hence they should be fully taken care of through respecting their human rights. Whichever the status of the state, the affairs should be intervened to set free any human beings that are being abused or violated in any way. Despite many arguments that may rise it is always advisable to take into considerations on human right in every nation.
