It is a group of plans, policies, and procedures whose aim is the management of safety at a workplace and health systematically. Also, it assists in the reduction of the risks that come with illnesses and injuries from work area operations (Martinov-Bennie, 2014, p. 123). The key elements are the procedures, policies and processes, monitoring, safety plan, reporting, training and induction, and finally, supervision.
Q2. What section of the WHS Act 2004 deals with general WHS duties on employers, the selfemployed, employees, designers, manufacturers, suppliers, and others? What does the code require a person to do?
First and foremost, an individual that is a manager ion, an organization must make sure that it is safe when leaving and entering, and also, it does not risk people's health. The duties of an individual are applicable when they are related to matters of the manager (Wilkinson, 2012, p. 492). The third one is an offense is indictable when under subsection one.
Q3. Describe the duties of employers to employees and contractors under the new WHS Act 2010.
The duties of the employers are: first is staffing the stages for supervisory and operational positions on the changes in the organization. The second one is planning of the employees' leaves and providing for them reasonable workloads (Harpur & James, 2014, p. 111). The third one is allowing the workers to participate in training, supervisory, and support activities. Finally, it is the provision of equipment that is safe and that there are no risks to health.

The worker pleaded two times for help from his supervisor, who did not call for an ambulance for at least an hour. The worker took to the hospital with a sore back, sunburnt eyes, and dehydration. Common law is a body that has unwritten laws on the bases of legal precedents through the court establishment. It influences the operation of making decisions in unusual cases that it is difficult to determine the outcome (Gluck, 2012, p. 54). On the other statutory law are the laws that are written by the legislative body.
Q7. What are professional ethics? Describe the code of practice under which the WHS code of Ethics is covered.
Professional ethics are principles whose primary aim is governing a group or an individual in a particular business ecosystem. It also provides rules on the way that people should react towards the organizations and other individuals in a like ecosystem (Airaksinen, 2012, p. 614). The code of practice does the presentation of conduct standards of an organization of Workability International. The code of practice aims to exemplify the core behaviors and values through ethical considerations.
Q8. Briefly describe the concepts of causation, foreseeability, and preventability.
Causation is the ability of a specific variable to affect another; the first one brings the other into existence or may result in fluctuation. It indicates to what extent two variables decrease or increase in parallel. However, there may be the existence of a third factor that affects the fluctuations of the variable (Sytsma, 2019, p.123). Foreseeability is a test whose purpose is to determine the proximate cause. The test questions if the individual were causing the injury would have foreseen the consequences of their actions. Preventability is stopping something from occurring mainly through action.
Q9. Describe the critical characteristics of a productive meeting.
The key characteristics of productive meetings are: first and foremost, they must be productive. Each meeting tends to have goals and objectives, and it is until they are that the meeting is considered adequate. The second one is that they are safe because it enhances participation and various views. Thirdly is the organization. The organization of a meeting is what increases productivity and showcases leadership skills (Koshy et al., 2017, p. 123). The fourth one is that the meeting must be engaging and relevant. It is due to its relevance that people will get attracted to the meeting.
Last but not least is efficiency. What makes the meetings efficient is the preparation? Lastly, it must be collaborative. It is through this that individuals will participate and share.

Professional liability is an operation whose aim is the covariance of a lot of abstract risks like the omissions and errors on the business services (Gomez-Duran, 2013, p. 443).
Q11. Explain how organizational culture and behavior impact WHS and WHS processes.
Each institution has a safety culture that entails healthy behaviors, beliefs, perceptions, and values that the workers share. The management team works with the employees to solve safety challenges (Chesley, 2020, p. 144). When the workers are safely committed and empowered, they act appropriately. Also, they work to identify unsafe characters and conditions and to put the appropriate interventions.
Q12. What are the benefits of a WHS Management Information System?
The benefits are: first and foremost, it ensures an approach that is coordinated to the safety and health and not deal with the instructions and data that is conflicting and may confuse the workers and managers and expose of the business. The second one is that it dramatically involves employees in the workplace because of the mechanisms they entail (Espinoza, 2018, p. 105). Thirdly it provides an operation review that enables the management to check things that are occurring in the institution and the necessary improvements that need to be applied. Generally, through the benefit of the system, the organization will have a proactive and planned approach.
