Inclusive Diversity

The board of management of the international human capital and the representative’s programs discusses issues, which affect international diversity, which includes and affects many people in the world. In this topic, several challenging issues are brought up and some of the examples are ineffective language, which in turn negatively affects inclusive diversity, according to the speaker, she mentions how knowledge and information about the inclusion and encroachment of the improvements (Nishina& Bellmore, 2019). She implies that the cultures that the concerned authorities use in the inclusion process are ineffective. Secondly, she said that she had to try another way, which could help in solving the issue of ineffective language. The transparency of the government should be maintained as a culture and more efforts for example the lowering of taxes should be included, which in turn causes an increase in the diversification and induced inclusion of the newly employed global context. However, in the last thirty-five years, a comparison is made whereby more women have also graduated and earned their degrees but some biases affect and keep women out of the suit suites.

Discrimination and Disparities

In the exploration of some of the challenges through diversity, it is clear that inclusion and diversity also depend on age, gender, and nationality. An analysis is made whereby different approaches are used in the addition and diversity whereby according to the Daily Herald Newspaper it is clear that it depends on the way of approaching the people (Sowell, 2019). Many people due to racism and several inequalities like judging because of age and gender lead to separations from the inclusion processes whereby even if many people seem to understand the importance of diversity, they didn't see themselves as part of the discussion. However, the viewpoints on assortment and annexation are also affected by discernment and inequalities. In a conversation with Thomas Sowell, He mentions that some people are rich and many people are poor in the globe. According to the intellectual relationships and social process results caused by social unfairness, many things today are in a state of rational dismay due to discrimination, corruption, and inequality and it affects diversity and inclusion. He argues that this leads to extensively slanted results even for the groups with comparatively small disparities.

The myth of systematic racism

It is clear that in the late 1960s, whereby the welfare state was inset sizing the counterproductive behaviors among black people inappropriately (Elias, 2016). There is no capitalist economy that doesn't have one and the people don't seem to comply with the changes that are being tried to be brought about by the diversity and the inclusion processes which remain as a myth among the people of America which includes the black people and the whites. People’s jobs are also being taken by automation and it is only going in one direction the people fail to recognize that and thus blame it on racism and various inequalities.

In conclusion, there is no problem without possible solutions, and the speakers elaborately explain how it can be accomplished to improve global diversity and inclusion.
