This is clear evidence that everything stated here is revolving around facts. The article begins by stating some the ways professional nursing has been evolving based on Research Utilization and also in Evidence-Based Practice (EBP). The report states that for EBP to be successful, there is a need to make sure that all the sophisticated tools used in medical care are monitored.
The main focus of the article is to highlight some of the importance of integrating EBP while handling nursing education and some of the issues that revolve around it. There is also the illustration the objectives that are attached to the implementation of EBP with a literature review of the some of the things that have been done over the past few years. There are also some approaches that are taken while doing an EBP to be able to inform all the nursing students on some of the things that they should do to have better healthcare outputs.

The other key point in the article is on the notion that EBP is essential because it stimulates the interest that people have in nursing since everything that they do is based on facts that lead to better decision making.
The article also provides some of the steps that are taken by nurses to develop and even implement EBP. The first step taken to develop an EBP is to come up with a clinical question that will answer by the end of the whole activity (Brownson & Colditz, 2012). This is followed by some of the ways that exist when it comes to the finding of evidence. There are also critical skills that can be assessed before getting to the entire EBP activity. The last step is providing the students with the ability to make informed decisions after the EBP has come to an end. They are supposed to be able to identify the changes that might have occurred on the variables and after that decided whether they should go ahead with a new activity or not.
Implementation of the EBP takes various forms, and all these depend on the kind of results that were obtained after all the steps were followed during development. The implementation process starts by the identification of the areas that need improvements concerning the nursing practices (Brownson & Colditz, 2012). The implementation can also be done by making sure that there is a proper routine when it comes to clinical tasks. A discussion of the rigor or extent of the evidence can also be done as part of the nursing practice concerning EBP. The implications of the nursing practice should also be addressed as part of the implementation process since the nurses are supposed to be well conversant with all the issues in that field. The skills that are attached to the interpretation of EBP can also be stimulated during the implementation process.
The information obtained from EBP can be applied in hospitals that are yet to establish a better form of service delivery. The learned EBP can be used in situations where the diseases being handled are new, and a lot of research has not been done on them. The amount of data collected from the researches can then be analyzed to make sure that the research questions are answered, and the hypothesis is proved.
In conclusion, EBP is an essential aspect of the nursing world. All the nurses are supposed to undergo the entire EBP so that they can gain experience on how to deal with the infections that attack patients in their line of work. The world is changing, and that means there are new diseases that are coming up in various settings. In that case, EBP needs to be implanted to make sure that the cure is found and the spread is minimized.
