The general chronology of Greek art states that the state and the practice of the fine art in Greek evolved in three stages. The stages include the Archaic period, the classical period and finally the Hellenistic period.
The Archaic period or stage is described as the era of the gradual experiment. This is s a result of the several inventions which the architectures try to come up with and even though some might not have worked they really form a good pathway for the other periods to perform. The second period and stage were referred to as the classical period and it is this period that really witnessed the flowering mainly of the Greek power and at the same time of the artistic domination. The Hellenistic period is known to be the period that opens or leads to the death of the Alexandria the great. The period also witnesses the creation and the establishment of the Greek- style art throughout the entire region and many more colonies mainly of the Greek culture were established throughout the area.
It is also of great importance to note that apart from pottery almost all the other architectural arts came from Greek and this includes such things as sculpture and painting and also the mosaic. It was during the classical period that the Greek sculpture and painting was destroyed. The main contribution that was seen during the classical period was the transformation t the fine art. During the error of the classical Greek pottery, there was the decline in the ceramic art.
The idea and the methodology of the earliest art by the Greek are really different from the ancient art and is really known as the Aegean art. In reality and from general conclusion it is clear that the transition from one period of the stages of the art to another was not that a sharp transition.
The Greek and the ancient Greek art decided in very early time that the human form was one of the most important forms of the ancient art as seen that most of their gods really resembles the human being form.
Music as a form of the ancient and the classical Greek art was a very important part of the early human life of the Greek life and culture. There were various transitional form and at the sometimes quite different when they are compared. In the early Greek world, a wide range and several instruments were used to play music in all manner of the occasion both the traditional occasion and the religious occasions. Music both the ancient and the classical ones were described to be a major form of education and dramatical performance.

It really entails a lot of singing and through the use of music as a form of passing moral information to people.
