Majority of the interviewees were employees, few people at the top management level took part in the interview process and they were free in giving out information from the organization. The data collected consisted of fifteen variables formulated from the questions raised in the questionnaire.
Methodology
During the data analysis, several analyses were carried out to prove the theoretical claims as stated in the introduction and subsequent parts of this reports.
