In any organization, it is essential to ensure that all the resources are put to work if the company is to succeed. One of the most critical resources is labor. It may be in the form of human or machine labor (Decker, Fischer, and Ott 349). Human labor may be skilled or unskilled depending on the levels of qualification. The employees of any organization also have to follow a particular code of conduct if they are to perform at maximum. Below are some of the values that are most commonly mentioned by employees.
ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT
The ability of an employee to take a chance, evaluate it for risks and successes, and finally come up with a problem-solving idea that is helpful to both them and the community involved.
One has to face risk and if they had a proper analysis, come up with a successful idea.
Strengths
a) Enhances the production of new ideas
b) Increases the problem-solving ability of the workers
c) Offers a chance to develop one's skills
Weaknesses
This leads to competition in the labor market
HIGH EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
The ability of employees to participate fully in all company activities or their area of specialty.
Comes from understanding the goals of the organization and gaining the skills to do the needed tasks
Strengths
Enables achievement of goals by the organization
Reduces idleness among workers hence maximum labor utilization
Weakness
Leads to overworking of employees hence fatiguing them
HIGHLY COMPETITIVE
The ability of a supplier to outdo other similar suppliers in the market.
Results from the proper understanding of the client's needs and adequate skills to fulfill them.
Strengths
This leads to market dominance for the winning competitors
Increases labor output as the competitors try to outdo each other
Weakness
This leads to the elimination of less competitive parties

The workers are allowed to take part in decision-making (Jargo 647).
They are also allowed to carry out projects of their own as long as they are beneficial to the company.
The workers are ranked depending on their level of expertise (Jargo 648)
The consumers are allowed to give their ideas about how the services should be delivered (Jargo 650)

Increases the ability to analyze risks and come up with ideas that are beneficial due to the unlimited support that the company offers.
One can change or alter with the details that seem to cause little or no benefit to the achievement of goals.
Reduced chances of failure due to the previous experiences that one may get from the old staff that one interacts with.
Ease in learning the forces that control the market and the means to manipulate them for personal benefit.
Freedom to experiment on potentially beneficial roles as long as they do not cause losses.
