I feel that I have adequate knowledge of most of the concepts in HRM 5015. As much as this module seems enjoyable, I believe I can invest my time in learning something else that is completely new. I have acquired knowledge of the concepts in this module through research.
How do your knowledge and your experiences in this area enhance your personal and organizational effectiveness in your chosen field of study?
It will increase my personal and organizational effectiveness by enabling me to contribute to constructive conversations which will, in turn, expand the knowledge of the people involved. I do not have the monopoly knowledge and therefore I believe sharing knowledge will only improve my effectiveness.

Learning will take place in stages because every individual in the group needs to understand the concepts clearly.
Follow-ups will be conducted during the development stage to make sure the learners are satisfied with what they have learned before moving to the next step.
The learners will be put through practical tests as part of the implementation of the program.
