The most exciting part of the podcast is when the speaker talks about fascinating kinds of stuff, such as how the food one eats affects the digestive system of an individual. The speaker talks about how one conducted research on oneself by using human waste and also conducting tests on one's stool to come up with these excellent results, which are essential in bacteria study (David, 2020, p.22). When one conducted the research, one tracked one's diet, conducted physical examinations, and also tried to check on heartbeats, the color of the stool, and also its odor.

The speaker tries to explain how the diets in a person's gut affect the bacteria, which is healthy to one, for example, when one eats foods like carrots (David et al., 2013, p.562). Some foods bring about the shuffling of microbes in one's gut, of which it is not healthy, and that it brings about complications such as inflammation of the guts and intestinal diseases that come along with eating unhealthy foods such as too much red meat. Also, how one eats and which affects the bacteria directly influences one's body weight, one's body immunity, and also how a person behaves. When a person takes foods rich in animal or plant products, it tends to affect the microbial organism's structure in a person's gut. Animal food products tend to increase micro-organisms that act on bile, for example, the "Bilophila" micro-organism. When these micro-organisms increase it causes inflammation of the bowels.

When a person consumes food, which is rich in animal products, it is healthy since it contains bacteria that act on bile. Bile in the body is used to break down fats in the body or digest it; thus, it aids in reducing one's body weight (David & Kayshap, 2020, p.64). Excess bacteria which act on bile caused inflammation of intestines and also the colitis. However, one can balance this by enjoying foods rich vitamins and also proteins.

The podcast tries to show one that the persons studying science are caring persons who worry about a human being, by trying to find the underlying cause that brings about diseases such as inflammation of the intestines and also how one can treat it (David et al., 2013, p.560). The scientists are also human since they first test their research on themselves and also lab rats instead of using humans as test subjects.

What will one do to prevent developing complications related to the gut? What does a balanced meal entail? What will one do to prevent inflammation that arises when one consumes excess red meat?
