The flow of the bikes is from internal manufacturing and also assembling of imported bikes. There is the need to make sure that the bicycles are well maintained to cut on maintenance expenses. The major functional requirements are the presence of sufficient employees who will help clients in various ways. It is also important to have a sufficient number of bikes to cut on shortage. Efficiency is the key to attaining the goals of the business. The organization should establish a self-reliance system to ensure that the total expenses of the firm do not exceed the budget. The total marginal cost should be equal to the profits of the company. The Mobike app should be simplified to enhance more understanding since not all people are able to use it. More advertisements should be carried out to increase on the number of customers which will intern double demand which will generate more revenue.
