A gap exists in the culture of organizations concerning how they reach out to customers. Strategies that these institutions may use are not efficiently effective to cover the whole of the consumer population. E-commerce is not fully installed in the market for it to fetch more than what it is currently.
Problem Statement
The gap in customer relations, competition, and factors related to trade are essential for this study. The topic gap relates to the sections of marketing strategies that are omitted. Therefore, the problem statement arises from the strategic issues meant to improve e-commerce, and it is fully supported by the gap identified.
The problem stated influences the anxiety of knowing various ecommerce and marketing ideologies and postulations in the study of various common issues and related trends. Also, the problem said for this research requires a theoretical approach for the identification of all the content needed to argue out the most crucial needs for the reshuffle.
The problem statement and theoretical foundation influence what should be done for better competition and customer reach out. It is first through identifying the impartiality between theories and facts. Secondly, the two influence strategies through viewing the reactions taken in dimensional negativity and positive outcomes. The literature review includes these strategies and responses to the problem sets and theoretical accords.
A business in an e-commerce organizational culture has a hierarchy of adhocracy r9isk taking, promotional effectiveness, flexibility to changes and environmental influence, and a high degree of dynamic innovation (Hristoski et al., 2017).
Retail management of an e-commerce adoption starts with the acceptance of a website as a channel of customer relations in California state. The organizational culture comes from both small and medium-size enterprises. Their compatibility, observability, and ability to train and fit in the technological marketing systems define the culture (Hristoski et al., 2017).
E-commerce strategic management is affected by the response level of the competitors. The knowledge available to a firm about e-commerce makes the firm superior (Ansari, 2018). globalization and offshoring jeopardize the coverage of a company in the e-commerce trade than others, which are local. Online presence and the myriad of e-commerce enterprises increase competitive advantages. Also, customer satisfaction, referral, and firms accountability generate more e-commerce marketing improvement (Hristoski et al., 2017).
According to marketing theories, an E-commerce organization creates better strategic planning for the retail settings that adopt it. They do and don't are easily identified for bettering the organization's future (Ansari, 2018). The e-commerce creates the best operating squads and professionals of technological aspects of marketing, customer relation fairing in the competitive economy (Hristoski et al., 2017).
The overall performance of e-commerce is evaluated by approaching the internal and external environments (Nickels et al., 2008). By this, the Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) and the Political economic, social, and technological PEST analysis are made (Hristoski et al., 2017).
E-commerce strategizes continued competition through predicting the possible market issues, measuring trade positions, scale the market leaders for better portions in the trade, planning cycles of relevant commerce curves, and creating an experimental signal harness of competition. In this case, the institution in the case study will have to research the competitor's trend, improve on the staffing capable of marketing, and evaluate recent performance (Ansari, 2018).
E-commerce is a function key to customer relations and competition factors. Th9s research has done best in solving the problem set and dictating on the recommendations of theories. The strategies are worth for improvement, change, and a new direction to the fairing of an institution in the market that is full of competition, customer, and marketing factors.
