In the first place, I wish to tell you as to why I am so concerned with an unbalanced diet.

I am trying to say is that eating a balanced diet is not a preserve for a few, but all of us must eat well-balanced food. Statistics show that some can afford food rich in the much-needed requirement, but we tend to ignore altogether (Marangoni et al., 1).
The point is very significant as all of us must learn to comply with the health requirements of eating a balanced diet.

If none of these points impress you, not that eating balanced food makes us attractive and more particularly to our opposite sex.
None of you wants his or her child to suffer from diseases such as kwashiorkor, none of us is happy to see children looking emaciated because of malnutrition.
So, it’s our take to start giving our children a balanced diet now. If we do so, our children will be healthier and live a bit longer. A healthier living will translate to a better state of mind, thus making future years of our children to be of more value.
Why wait to be reminded, start now!
