The students were to describe the factors that influence cognitive health and physical health. The first student argued that physical exercise helps in improving both physical and mental health. The student added that physical exercise also helps in enhancing brain development. The first student explained that physical exercise is not all about running but involves all activities that require physical attention. The student said that doing physical exercise reduces the chances of diseases like high blood pressure and diabetes type 2. The student also argued that proper diet practice is also essential in improving health. The student added that to control high blood pressure, one must avoid overeating and eating foods rich in fats.
The student presented the data very well using scientific facts. Although the student discussed the effects of exercise and other ways of improving health, they did not show any evidence that they conducted research. To come up with a more convincing explanation, the student can experiment with several people who do exercise daily. Once they hold the study, they can now conclude whether the information is correct or not. The student did not also give the source of the information that they presented. To make the information more convincing, the student needs to use experimental facts. The student can also make the data more credible if they explain the source of the information that they are using by citing the sources.
The second student also discussed the effect of physical exercise on human health and physical fitness. The student also said that physical activity is more than just running and involves all activities that require physical attention. The student researched the effect of physical exercise on mental action and found that it was very significant. People who did more physical activity became less vulnerable to dementia.
The student argued that through physical exercise, people improve in memory. In addition to improving memory, student two said that physical exercise reduces stress hormone. The student also mentioned that taking a healthy diet enhances brain activity.
Although the second student organized his research well, they did not give enough evidence in some cases. For instance, the student could have explained the importance of improved feeding habits tho health. To make the facts and data more credible, the student can maybe focus on how health feeding improves health and memory. The experiment could also have incorporated the question of an improved diet. The student can include people who eat a balanced diet and observe how their mental operation works. Once the student has concluded the research, they can now come up with a suitable conclusion on the importance of diet and physical exercise.
The third student said that physical exercise improves mental functioning. According to the student, doing physical activity improves problem-solving ability and memory of the brain. The student argued that those who do regular physical exercise are at a lower risk of depression and other brain problems. The student added that doing physical activities boosts the ability of an individual to think. The student also addressed healthy feeding as a way of ensuring that they have a better thinking ability. The student also said that those who eat healthy foods and exercise regularly have low chances of having little memory and even have high immunity.
The student presented his ideas and facts very well and cited the sources of the points, such as the importance of doing more physical exercise. However, the student could have quantified their research by experimenting with different types of people. The student could make the research more credible if they use various sources of data and experiment on physical exercise. The student could have presented more extensive evidence of healthy feeding's importance for better physical and mental health. The student also needs to describe some technical terms and how physical exercise makes one have better mental health.
