With the growing rate of nutritional misinformation, the majority of individuals are becoming keener on establishing whether the nutrition data has come from sources that are verified and authenticated (Bellows and Moore n.p). The only way one can be assured that the items they are about to purchase are legitimate is by consulting a nutritionist from a reputable and registered health facility, this step will help in creating trust with the nutritionist, unlike only relying on the internet to access information that you are not sure is 100 percent verified or authenticated (Bellows and Moore n.p).

Which Pre-Prepared Items Are Acceptable? What About the Packaging? Are there any Ingredients you want to Avoid?

The pre-prepared items that are acceptable include; all fruits, and cabbage as a salad. Processed foods comprise of produce that has been cooked, canned, changed in nutritional composition, and is not recommended for consumption, as people are informed to eat fresh produce. Packaging of food should be done in reusable materials or materials that decompose easily. In my ingredient, I want to avoid meat that has a high ecological impact in the environment and that is why I resulted to use fish fillet to prepare Hake fillet with saffron and orange source along with strawberry and chopped vegetable salad.
