Recently there have been technological forms of conducting face to face interviews that include virtual interviews through video conferencing. They are still considered interviews although they might experience challenges within the course of the interview process. The most reliable form is the face to face interview. This paper provides information on an anticipated interview.

The interview is intended to address issues that relate to leadership. Leadership is one of the key pillars in different organizations and even the formation of governments find out information about different aspects of leadership and different leadership theories, an ideal person who occupies a certain position in leadership will be in a better position to explain the different aspects of leadership and an opinion in leadership at large. This interview intends to find out from the horse's mouth about the different speculations about leadership and how they should be handled. The interview will also provide an opportunity to ask questions and get replies immediately. It will enable us to get first-hand information. The other intention of this interview is to experience the interview process and how effective it is. It is a chance to earn different things as an interviewer and assess myself based on the outcome of the interview. I will also get a chance to get some things about leadership clarified.

Based on the theory of servant leadership, different aspects revolve around this theory, it refers to leadership as being the helper of or organization. A leader is expected to provide the whole attention to the people he or leads, the leader is supposed to dedicate his or her full time and concentration in serving his or her people (Nawaz & Khan, 2016). It is the type of leadership that is referred to by many people. As compared to other theories where leaders are only expected to give directions and make a decision, this type of leadership is more than that.

The aspects of leadership that will be focused on in the interview include transparency. After the interview, there will be an opinion about transparency in leadership from the interviewee. I will get answers on what transparency is in leadership and its importance. More so, I will find out how to practice the aspect of transparency in leadership. The other aspect of leadership that will be discussed in the interview is trust (Giannouli, V.2017). Many people have been speculating that many leaders are not trustworthy. During the interview, the interviewer will be able to address trust as an aspect of leadership. There are other several aspects of leadership like confidence, decisiveness, humility, and creativity that will also be focused on in the interview. It will also be an opportunity to get a personal view of the aspects of leadership.

The interview is set to be conducted on 12th September 2019 at 10:OOAM. The manager of an organization will be interviewed and the name will be revealed upon permission from the manager. Some of the questions that will be asked include the following:

  1. What is your general view of leadership?
  2. What is your preferred theory of Leadership?
  3. What do you think is the main factor that contributes to good leadership?
  4. What are the challenges in Leadership?
  5. What is your recommendation for good leadership?

Conclusion

In conclusion, the interview will take about one hour and by the end of the interview, it is expected that all the questions will have been answered and have some helpful data. There are expected challenges that may arise and precautions have been taken to ensure the interview becomes successful.
