This is an alarming research issue as the studies done up to this point do not adequately describe the police application of their mandated power over citizens (Dunham et al., 2020). Also, there is a lack of information on how the citizens encounter the police using the public power they own. A room for research exists in methodologies used in the asymmetrical power assignment and the factors affecting the force issue (Weisburd, & Majmundar, 2018). This policy on force limits and approach systems is crucial in installing respect with official dimensions for police officers and minimizing community exploitation and risks faced by officers from harassment by the community (Dunham et al., 2020).

Police Mirage and Community Reform

This is a recurring concern as community policing changes day and night. Therefore the diversions, changes, and abduction of policies relating to police-community interaction satisfy that the issue creates a research gap.
