Due to this, scholars regarded punishment(s) to embody a justice matter in which states undertake the expense of the violation of the law. Punishing the guilty assures that justice is done. The legal idea, therefore, becomes upheld through the actualized punishment of criminals. Finally, justice and punishment prevent a situation in which citizens of a nation have the preference to obey the laws as their civic responsibility’s part decide to fool not to its violation while many get away with lawlessness. As a result, there remains a defeat in the disobedience of such laws.
